Hiring for Fall 2024!

This position is trained on all Audio/Visual and Lighting equipment in the Everest-Rohrer Fine Arts Building. You will learn to plan for, setup, and run various types of events such as weekly chapel, concerts, and seminars. You will also do setups for events across Bethel’s campus as needed. Aside from the technical side of events, you will also be working on cleaning, organizing, maintaining, and upkeeping the building as well as all lighting and A/V equipment. You will be working on a team with other employees and manager as well as working on your own depending on the needs of the event.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Learn to operate and program ETC Gio Lighting Board
  • Learn to operate Allen and Heath D-Live S5000 Sound Board
  • Learn to operate various video and presentation programs such as PowerPoint, ProPresenter 7, Black Magic ATEM, etc
  • Learn to plan and run various types of events
  • Able to lift 35 on your own. Ability to lift additional weight as part of a team.
  • Learn to maintain and repair various equipment
  • Building organization and planning
  • Upkeep of Theatre and other spaces department oversees
