Job Summary:
The admission office is seeking a detailed, task-oriented individual to assist in the daily operations of the admission office. (Work hours between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – some lunch hours will be expected.)
Essential Job Functions:
Work with the Office of Admission where the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining electronic files
  • Answering phones and greeting guests
  • Assisting with sending and receiving correspondence (mail, email, fax)
  • Entering detailed information into the database (daily)
  • Helping with special events
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Gpa 3.0 or higher
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills (with an emphasis on phone etiquette)
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to multitask
